Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you browse the menu, place an order, make a payment, or use services connected with Mileserve Cafe.

Use of the menu website

The website is intended for viewing menu items, selecting item options and quantities, placing dine-in or direct orders, tracking order status, and viewing bills.

You agree to provide correct table number, customer, and payment information when placing an order. If you scan a table QR code, the table number may be locked to prevent incorrect table assignment.

Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted only after it is successfully recorded by our system and, where applicable, payment is confirmed or cash payment is approved by the admin team.

We may reject or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment fails, table information is invalid, or the order appears duplicate or abusive.

Payments

Online payments are processed through the configured payment gateway. Payment gateway availability, success, and settlement are subject to the gateway provider's own terms and systems.

Cash orders may require admin approval before they are released to the kitchen. A cash order is not treated as paid until approved by the admin team.

Zomato, Swiggy, and partner orders

Orders received from delivery or marketplace partners such as Zomato or Swiggy may be governed by the relevant partner's additional customer terms, payment process, cancellation process, and support flow.

For partner-paid orders, payment is collected by the partner platform and the order is imported into our system with the payment status supplied by that partner integration.

Menu, pricing, and taxes

Menu availability, item descriptions, options, ingredients, prices, taxes, and charges may change without prior notice.

Bills generated by the website show the subtotal, applicable GST configured for the outlet, and total amount based on the order data saved in the system.

Limitation of liability

We try to keep order and payment systems available, but we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by internet issues, payment gateway downtime, partner platform downtime, device issues, or incorrect information entered by the customer.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
